Individual Counseling

You have dreams of reaching your aspirations, but the impact of your anxiety, perfectionism and inner critic is keeping you from stepping forward.

You are looking for someone who can support and guide you in gaining insight into who you are and how you can overcome the things holding you back. I have been so lucky to partner with women moving beyond what’s blocking them and supporting them in stepping into their power. Using Solutions Focused, Strengths-Based Therapy, I will work side by side with you on this journey.

My therapy style is real, down to earth and transparent. I really enjoy laughing with my clients, giving honest feedback and partnering with them as they grow.  My clinical approach is behaviorally and forward focused. I hold the strong belief that everyone has strengths and the ability to grow. I want you to value yourself in it’s entirety. My goal is for you to feel confident about yourself and step into your power

  • Know yourself on a deeper level and understand what is getting in the way of living the life you want
  • Develop stronger relationships
  • Let go of negative thinking patterns
  • Cope with stressful events with more strength
  • Reduce Anxiety
  • Reduce Perfectionism
  • Letting go of any Self-Doubt and self-limiting beliefs that may be having a negative impact on your life.
  • Learn to be good enough

Grit and Grace therapy is on your terms: it’s private, confidential and personalized.  You can come to therapy without facing any of the hassles of traditional therapy. You don’t have to look for parking, you can wear your comfortable pants (work from home pjs anyone?) and you can drink your favorite tea. Our sessions are always face to face via encrypted video therapy.
