20-30 MINUTES - Free
During our free consultation, we can get to know each other so I can understand what you are going through and help you find the support that makes most sense for you - either thru working with me in therapy or a warm handoff to other resources that might be a better fit.
50 MINUTES - $250
Most clients meet with me weekly for a scheduled 50-minute counseling session. Our sessions are face-to- face through secure video, so you get real-time help and support. I utilize strengths-based treatment strategies and solutions focused interventions to help you face your barriers and achieve the life you desire.
75 MINUTES - $300
When you decide to schedule, we’ll begin with a 75-minute initial assessment to more fully understand your current concerns and goals for therapy. This meeting will also include the establishment of an initial treatment plan.

*Grit and Grace provides services to California residents and ex-pats living internationally. Clients must be 18 and older to participate. People who have a history of serious mental health issues or active addiction issues, would not necessarily be appropriate for online counseling until stability is established.
