During our free consultation, we can get to know each other and discuss how online therapy will help you. In this session, we will talk about the best ways to work together. I use a secure video platform that is easy to access and easy to use.
50 MINUTES - $200
Most clients meet with me weekly for a scheduled 50-minute counseling session. Our sessions are face-to- face through secure video, so you get real-time help and support. I utilize strengths-based treatment strategies and solutions focused interventions to help you face your barriers and achieve the life you desire.
75 MINUTES - $225
When you decide to schedule, we’ll begin with a 75-minute initial assessment to more fully understand your current concerns and goals for therapy. This meeting will also include the establishment of an initial treatment plan.

*Grit and Grace provides services to California residents and ex-pats living internationally. Clients must be 18 and older to participate. People who have a history of serious mental health issues or active addiction issues, would not necessarily be appropriate for online counseling until stability is established.
